Terms of Service
Plain language, honestly. These terms govern your use of Robyn AnyGas. We've kept them short and readable — if something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on the service.
1.What Robyn AnyGas is
Robyn AnyGas (the "Service") is a gasless, cross-chain intent relay. You sign an off-chain intent (Permit2 / EIP-712) authorizing a transfer or route; our relayer fronts the native gas on the source and destination chains and is repaid in-token from the value in flight — you never need to hold the native gas coin of a chain to use it.
For cross-chain moves the Service performs best-of-N routing: it quotes several independent third-party bridges and aggregators and picks a route for you. The Service is non-custodial — you keep control of your keys and assets, and every action is authorized by a signature from you.
2.Acceptable use & your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your private keys, wallets, signed intents, addresses, amounts, and recipients. Verify them before you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- You are responsible for the transactions you authorize and for their consequences, including tax and regulatory consequences.
- You will comply with applicable law — including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and securities law — and will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
- You will not overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, and you will respect rate limits and security controls.
3.Fees
Fees are transparent and are always taken in-token from the value being moved — never as a hidden native-gas top-up:
- Cross-chain routing: approximately 0.25% of the value routed, plus the underlying third-party bridge/aggregator fee, repaid from the token in flight.
- Gasless pay & automation: the network gas we front plus a margin, taken in the token being transacted.
You are responsible for all network, bridge, and third-party costs associated with your transactions. Fees may change; the current fee schedule is reflected in the documentation, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
4.Third-party rails
Cross-chain routes settle through independent third-party protocols — for example LI.FI, Bungee, deBridge, Allbridge, and Chainflip — and the underlying blockchains themselves. We do not control these providers and do not guarantee their availability, liquidity, pricing, or outcomes.
Value lands, or the route doesn't settle
Our routing uses a forced-swap-recipient design: a route only settles if the value actually lands at the destination. If a third-party rail fails or lacks liquidity, the route fails over or returns an honest error rather than completing a partial or fake transfer. Liquidity is the proof — not a promise.
5.No warranty — the Service is provided "as is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any transaction will settle at a particular rate or time.
Crypto is risky. Digital assets can lose value, bridges and smart contracts can fail, and you can suffer total loss. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You use the Service at your own risk.
6.Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBYN ANYGAS AND ITS OPERATORS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — including losses caused by third-party rails, network conditions, or your own transactions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
7.Open-source clients vs. the proprietary relay
Our client libraries and SDKs are open source under the MIT license — use, fork, and build on them freely. The MIT license covers only that client code. The relayer, routing engine, smart contracts, and network are proprietary to Robyn AnyGas; the client license grants no rights in them. Integrate with Robyn and build on it — please don't clone the service to cut it out.
8.Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and we will make reasonable efforts to note material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
